(Originally produced in 2015, this is a 3 channel video installation installed in Aggregate Space Gallery January - February 2018).
This video triptych explores alternative forms of consumption and transformation of prevalent food products in American culture. In each loop the object is deconstructed and then scraped, mopped, or swept into a new container, reconstructing the object in a corresponding container.
